Hopes for Health at Hungate, Norwich, Edible East
Exhibition of an interactive work exploring gut microbes, nutrition and health. Hosted a discussion with a Quadram Institute researcher and led a tour of the Art Science Trail. Timed to link to Food Stories by The Food Museum. 2022
Wide range of skills based workshops for Norwich 100 Day Challenge, Edible East
Devised and delivered a series of collaborative workshops for Norwich residents, providing skills and learning about plant identification, growing food, gut health and microbes, healthy eating and DIY skills for sustainability and creativity. Working with horticulturalists, artists and scientists, events took place in Library gardens and parks, in community and cultural venues at food banks and along our Art Science trail. Funded by Community Renewal Fund with Norwich City Council. 2022
Norwich Good Economy and Edible East
Commission to work with young carers with Norfolk Family Carers, older women and food bank users to research and visualise how they felt that the economy could work better for them. Animations and stills exhibited online and at the Forum in March 2022.

Creative collaborative food growing and health workshops, including a paper food garden growing up the pavilion as part of our proposal to create a temporary community food garden. 2021
Edible England Heritage Open Days 2022
Hosted the exhibition and series of workshops with Norwich Forum, hosting food growing organisations, our own creative workshops to populate a giant sculpture exploring sustainable food growing ecosystems by Chris Jackson. Supported by SAW Trust, Norfolk HODS and Arts Council England.
Edible East Art Science Trail about the Future of Food
An Art Science Trail in Norwich, created with sculptor Chris Jackson, featuring the work of visual artists who attended online meetings with scientists hosted for us by Norwich Research Park (NRP) and the Science Art and Writing Trust, during lockdown. The outdoor art trail explores The Future of Food, installed in museum windows, Norwich Castle gates, historic church alcoves, the Forum, Anglia Square, the Cathedral herb garden and disused shop windows. Artworks promoted discussion about current issues connecting food, health and the environment being tackled by NRP. 2021-22
Conceived in 2020 with a vision to 'Use creativity to promote a healthy sustainable future for all, with workshops, cultural events and community gardening, informed by the latest research.'
Registered as a Community Interest Company in March 2022, the organisation works with artists, scientists and a wide range of partners to promote dialogue with the wider community.
