Chris Jackson has found surprising places for future Edible East artworks, courtesy of The Heavenly Gardens, Hungate Art and Norwich Historic Churches Trust. He is now preparing ways of inserting artist's work into these niches and alcoves while protecting the listed buildings.
We are still waiting for funding, while carrying on with the planning for the first Edible East art-science trail.
