Jennie directed and filmed primary school children performing short shadow shows about their visits to Idle Valley Nature Reserve. The children watched a performance of Jennie’s show ‘Beneath the Surface’. They searched for insects, went pond dipping then made shadow puppets and performed shadow scenes about their experiences. These were show at Idle Valley Nature Reserve in June 2011 and can be seen at vimeo.com.
